The Reversible Shawl Overcoat is based on Vintage military Mackinaw Coats from the 1940’s. As the name states, this overcoat is reversible, with one side showcasing Indi + Ash's iron/indigo military herringbone, and the reverse side showing the brand's iron/indigo denim fabric. One side features a stunning Morningstar quilt applique while the reverse has kendo jacket inspired diamond kantha stitching. The entire garment is has diamond quilting throughout, which was manually quilted on a sewing machine to control the amount of batting. The collar, placket, and cuffs feature trapunto stitching done on a single needle machine. Each side has a six button horn closure.
