At Franklin & Poe, we take pride in the quality of our heritage goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange item.
